Volume management for renewals

RenewalsManager.com automates the renewals process.

Product data is imported into the RenewalsManager.com engine. Individual contracts and quotes can be loaded, or a bulk upload facility can be used.

Renewal date information is used to trigger automatic reminder emails to customers. These emails are typically issued at 90 days and 30 days in advance of expiry, as well as upon expiry itself. Notifications can also be issued to customers who did not choose to buy support at the point of product purchase.

Each email includes a unique URL to direct the customer to a personalised portal, containing information on supported and unsupported products, and offering ways to purchase new contracts. The same data and portal links are available to your agents, so that they can engage in sales calls with each customer.

The system is transparent to customers, and carries your own branding.
