How is the software delivered?

RenewalsManager.com is provided on a Software-as-a-Service basis with a monthly subscription.

How much does it cost?

The price is based upon the number of transactions pushed through the platform and the number of different manufacturer product lines. Pricing starts from as little as £600 per month.

What Manufacturers are supported within the platform?

RenewalsManager.com is agnostic of particular manufacturer and can be used for any contract or subscription renewal.

Can customers buy online via the platform?

Some customers have activated the facility in the customer portal to provide a “Renew Now” function for each contract. Pressing the button triggers a new form where the customer agrees to the terms and conditions and provides a purchase order number.

Pressing 'Confirm' triggers an order e-mail to the sales agent responsible who can then treat the order as any other, undertaking credit checks if required prior to acknowledging the order.

When is the platform available?

RenewalsManager.com has been live with a number of customers since 2005. The platform was made available on the Software-as-a-Service model in July 2007.

What languages and currencies are supported?

All mainstream European languages and currencies are currently supported. Further developments are planned to extend this where required.

What is the target market for this platform?

Any organisation that is failing to maximise the value of annuity revenue through support contracts or subscriptions. This includes hardware manufacturers, distribution companies, resellers and independent software companies.
