While RenewalsManager.com is available on a software-as-a-service basis to suport your in-house sales team, Aspire can also provide a fully-integrated telesales support service.

This option is used by a number of our clients. Our knowledgeable, multi-lingual team is based in our UK sales centre, and is widely experienced at managing product support contracts at both point of sale and for ongoing renewals. Our blend of technology and telesales is capable of handling vast numbers of prospects. Through the services life cycle, we ensure end users are regularly contacted with relevant information, assisting their receptiveness to buy renewals when they fall due.

In our experience, some vendors and resellers do not have the same level of focus on selling support contracts alongside products at the point of sale. We have shown ourselves capable of recovering a substantial proportion of this lost revenue. Our approach works equally well for software or hardware support, as well as for cross-product and complex multi-vendor contracts. What’s more, every party in the channel automatically receives the proportion of the sale to which they are entitled. The approach is effectively self-funding and free of risk, as we are paid on a commission basis for providing our service.

Our services are provided as an extension of your sales force; our telesales and field sales staff present themselves as part of your business. Our people are organised in dedicated teams aligned to individual clients and product lines, and each individual is selected and trained to be capable of representing you and your business seamlessly with your own staff. Our approach works equally well with direct sales or channel models. We understand the dynamics of the channel and manage your data accordingly. We deliver vendor services directly to the end user customer, or provide the necessary information to the relevant channel partner so that partner can own the customer interaction. Of course, we also act on behalf of distributors and resellers themselves, and in some cases manage a complete multi-tiered engagement model with vendors, distributors and resellers all involved in the process.

Aspire’s services are white-branded. We generally adopt your corporate brand for portals and electronic communication, and our telesales and field sales staff present themselves as part of your business.

Complementary product sales

Aspire also manages sales of complementary products such as education and training for a number of clients. We also undertake proactive short-term tactical campaigns of specialist products into targeted markets, with a cross-territory, multi-language service for a number of our clients.

Our blend of process, people and technology means that we can create a 'virtuous circle' of regular customer contact. We've found this helps generate incremental sales and cross-selling opportunities, while our Aspire VISION reporting portal technology can provide a simple, easy-to-understand centre for measuring the progress of all campaigns and activities.
